🇺🇸 USA orders valued at usd50.00, and over, qualify for free shipping/returns excluding shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and outlying islands and territories.
🇨🇦 CANADA orders are subject to a flat rate fee shipping rate. This fee is inclusive of Canadian duty and taxes.
Free Shipping Coupons - when free shipping coupons are offered by CR7US, CR7 will ship product via preferred carrier and transit, typically ground service. Overnight, expedited services are not included in free shipping offers.
SHIPPING TO 3rd PARTY LOGISTICS FACILITIES
CR7US ships to customer’s located in the contiguous United States and Canada. In incidences where a customer consigns a 3rd party logistics agent to export package to a region and address outside of the scope of CR7US’ order, CR7US shall not be liable for any lost, damaged goods nor accept return of goods. In some cases, orders to 3rd party transport facilities may be flagged by CR7US and terminated due to risk, or, customers may be requested to provide additional information in writing. At no time will CR7US and associated logistics providers and consultants knowingly ship goods intended for delivery to destinations, organizations and/or individuals subject to trade sanctions, embargoes and restrictions under U.S. law.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Customers not satisfied with their order may return un-used item(s) within 14 calendar days of delivery, excluding all fragrance products, clearance and overstock purchases.
- Domestic USA orders usd50.00 and over, that qualified for free shipping, qualify for free returns from location order was delivered. Follow return process below to receive shipping label.
- For all other USA orders and orders being returned from Canada, customer shall return items via their preferred mail carrier within CR7 return guidelines. Process below.
- Exchanges shall be conducted in same manner as returns.
To be eligible for a return/exchange;
- Item(s) must be unused
- Item(s) must be returned with in-tact, like new packaging
- Bundle purchases must be returned with all items
What items may not be returned?
- Fragrance products
- Clearance items
- Overstock items
- Gift Cards
- Used items, worn or washed
- Items in which CR7 packaging has been discarded or is no longer like-new
- Items purchased outside of CR7US’ return window
- CR7 products not purchased through CR7US.COM. To process your return, a proof of purchase from independent retailer CR7US.COM is required.
What happens if I return a product that does not meet CR7’s return criteria?
Items returned and deemed ineligible for refund or exchange, as products will likewise be ineligible for re-sale by CR7US, will be made available to customer for a value of (0) re-purchase price, but subject to a handling/packaging fee of usd5.00 + applicable shipping, tax and duty/tax as applicable. Customer will be given 10 business days from notification of ineligibility to request re-shipment of their previously purchased item and settle CR7’s return invoice. Any deviations from this policy shall be at CR7US’ sole discretion.
- Within 14 calendar days of order delivery submit return email. CR7 may extend 14-day return window during certain holiday or seasonal periods. These allowances will be listed here.
- Send email to: Hello@CR7US.COM. Email header must say: CR7 Return Order (insert your order #).
- Include reason for return.
CR7US will respond to return request emails, that include all of the above, within 24 business hours. If notice of return was sent within 14 calendar days of product delivery, and should CR7 customer service determine all other criteria has been met, an email acknowledgement will be sent. Should CR7US determine that the return request does not meet return criteria, customer will be informed of decline, via email. For USA orders that did not qualify for free shipping, and for all Canadian orders, shipping and return costs are at the expense of customer.
How long do I have to ship my return to CR7’s Compton, California location?
Customer has up to 14 days from initial delivery or no more than 5 days, from time of CR7US’ return acceptance email, to ship return.
For orders in which return label is not provided, mail your returns to the following location. It’s suggested to send any tracking information, if available, to Hello@CR7US.COM along with your order #.

Once returned item(s) have been received and inspected, and should conditions meet CR7US criteria, customer will be notified via email and refund (for cost of product and any state tax) shall be issued within 7 business days of item receipt. Refunds will be executed against the form of payment utilized at time of purchase. If product is returned by a party other than original purchaser, refund will still be executed against the original transaction.
- Shipping costs paid at time of purchase and/or at time of return, are non-refundable.
