What items are not eligible for return?

• Fragrance products
• Clearance, Overstock & Final Sale purchases
• Gift Cards
• Used items, worn or washed
• Items in which CR7 packaging is not included with return or is received in damaged non-usable condition. Tags must be included with return.
• Items outside of CR7US’ return window. See Return Policy. 
• CR7 products not purchased through CR7US.COM. To process your return, a proof of purchase from independent retailer CR7US.COM is required.
• Bundles/BOGOs (all contents) containing CR7 fragrance colognes, sprays and gift-sets are ineligible for return. Partial bundle/BOGO returns are not accepted.
