Return Policy

RETURN POLICY and PROCESS:

If there is a sizing discrepancy or you are not 100% satisfied with your CR7 product, submit return request within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Holiday Return exception period: Returns may be requested for orders placed from November 6th, 2025 to December 18th, 2025, by no later than January 2, 2026.

Given hygiene related factors, re-sale and shipping, CR7 will only accept clothing returns that are new and meet each of the below conditions:

1.     Unworn

2.     Unwashed

3.     Clean, free of debris, dust, hair or other

4.     In original like-new packaging

5.     With all like-new tags, ribbon or related

 

As an independent retailer of CR7 Underwear products, and in the interest of our consumer, CR7US.COM is unable to re-package and re-sell goods in used condition or goods received with missing or damaged packaging and tags. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt to ensure quality standards for re-sell, are met.

 

Excluded from returns:

1.     All CR7 Fragrance products. Once sealed package and bottles are opened, fragrance products cannot be re-sold. Additionally, fragrance is deemed dangerous cargo [DG] and requires special labeling and packaging at time of shipping.

Other return exclusions or information:

1.     BOGO Buy 1 Get 1 purchases, or variations thereof, and Bundles Deals are considered bundle purchases. All products included in bundle must be returned. Exchanges for bundle product(s) due to size adjustment will be honored, subject to availability, and following standard return parameters. BOGO and Bundle Deals inclusive of fragrance products are not eligible for return and refund.

2.     FREE items on qualifying orders based on cart value or similar criteria - If return of goods is requested on an order that qualified for a FREE item(s) and return will result in purchase value dropping below FREE product trigger, FREE item must be returned in new condition. Exchange requests will be honored subject to availability and following standard return parameters. Orders inclusive of fragrance products are not eligible for return and refund.

3.     Repeat return requests, 2 or more orders in a 30-60 day period or similar, as determined by CR7US, may be ineligible for free return label. In such circumstances, CR7 will inform customer who may then proceed with return of new, un-used product, with like new tags and packaging within the allotted window, at their direct expense.

4.     Return labels will be issued to the delivery location associated with order. If purchaser ships item out of the country, or to a location other than that of delivery address associated with order, return of goods within CR7US.COM standard return period is the sole responsibility of purchaser. 

5.     Return to Sender. In circumstances where carrier is unable to deliver package due to incorrect address information provided at check-out or location is determined by carrier to be non-deliverable, CR7US.COM returns department will process refund for order upon successful return-receipt to our fulfillment center. If you are unsure why a delivery was unsuccessful, please contact carrier directly, with tracking information.

"I have read return parameters, and my items qualify for return, what happens next?"

 

Within 14 days of delivery:

1.     Email: Hello@CR7US.COM

2.     Email header must say: CR7 RETURN REQUEST and include: ORDER#

3.     Email must be sent from email address associated with order.

4.     Email must include reason for return.

5.     Return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery will be responded to by CR7US.COM, within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

6.     Look out for our emails, check spam. CR7US.COM may request additional information or clarification, requiring response, prior to issuing return label.

7.     Return label will be issued for qualifying return requests. Check spam, system generated labels can at times route to junk mail.

8.     Deliver your return to mail carrier no later than 14 calendar days from return-label issuance. Returns received by carrier after this period will be null and void, and order permanently closed. See DECLINED returns.

9.     Upon receipt of return, and generally within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt, CR7US.COM’s Returns Department will thoroughly inspect returned item(s).

10.  Qualifying returns will be issued refund within 24 business hours following inspection. 

 

What will my refund include or exclude?

1.     A $7.00 processing fee (USA), a $28.00 processing fee (Canada), will be deducted from refund.

2.     USA shipping fee or shipping fee inclusive of customs and duty charges into Canada, if paid on original purchase, is non-refundable.

3.     3rd party Route Shipping Insurance, if selected by customer at check-out, is non-refundable

4.     State imposed taxes applied at check-out, are non-refundable.

5.     Purchase price, less processing fee on returns, will be refunded. Processing fees (USA only) will not be applied on even-exchanges.

6.     You will be notified of pending refund when return is closed. Allow a minimum of 24-48 business hours for domestic USA banking, and up to 7-10 days if international banking was used at time of purchase, for credits to appear on your financial statement. Once CR7US.COM concludes a return and refund, we no longer have visibility to refund status. Contact your banking institution or payment platform, if you have any questions related to a pending refund.
