Shipping Scope

CR7US.COM ships within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, as well as to select provinces in Canada.

Available shipping services may vary based on destination and the products included in an order. Fragrance products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) and are subject to carrier and transportation restrictions, including ground-only transportation where applicable.

Contiguous United States Shipping

Orders of $50 or more ship FREE within the contiguous United States.

Orders under $50: $8.00 shipping

Estimated transit times:

• Clothing: approximately 3–7 business days
• Fragrance: approximately 4–8 business days due to ground-transportation requirements

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico

Clothing and/or fragrance: $12.50 shipping

Estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days and may take longer when an order contains fragrance requiring ground and/or ocean transportation.

Canada – Zone 1 Shipping Rates

Canadian shipping rates are shown in U.S. dollars and are based on total order value.

Orders to Canada valued over $250.00 USD are subject to review by CR7US fulfillment before shipment. High-value orders may be cancelled at the discretion of CR7US.COM if we are unable to reasonably complete or verify shipment.

• Fragrance: approximately 8–12 business days due to ground/Dangerous Goods transportation requirements

Canadian Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For customer convenience, CR7US.COM's Canadian shipping rates include applicable transportation costs and anticipated customs-clearance, duty and tax charges associated with the shipment.

Cross-border charges can vary according to order value, destination and merchandise and may include customs-processing charges, provincial taxes, GST and applicable duties.

Canadian shipping rates reflect these additional costs associated with importing merchandise from the United States into Canada. Shipping services, rates and policies are subject to change.

Canada Zone 1: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

Canadian provinces and territories not listed above are not currently serviced by CR7US.COM.

Shipping & Delivery Restrictions

CR7US.COM ships only within the U.S. and Canadian destinations defined in this policy.

Orders addressed to temporary accommodations or destinations, including hotels, cruise ships or hostels, may be declined or cancelled if we are unable to reasonably verify or complete delivery.

Orders addressed to freight forwarders, parcel-forwarding services, third-party logistics facilities or other locations that appear to be intended for subsequent export from the United States or Canada may be declined or cancelled at the discretion of CR7US.COM.

Freight Forwarders & Subsequent Export

If an order is knowingly or unknowingly delivered to a freight forwarder, parcel-forwarding service, third-party logistics provider or other transport facility for subsequent shipment, CR7US.COM's responsibility for the shipment ends upon confirmed delivery to the address provided with the order.

CR7US.COM is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, tampering or other issues occurring after confirmed delivery to such a facility. CR7US.COM does not arrange, accept or coordinate international returns for merchandise subsequently forwarded or exported outside the shipping destinations serviced by CR7US.COM.

Customers seeking CR7 products outside the regions serviced by CR7US.COM may visit the CR7 brand's global website to determine whether purchasing options are available in their country or region.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Packages returned to CR7US.COM as undeliverable, refused or otherwise unable to be delivered will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping charges and other non-refundable charges remain subject to the terms of that policy.

U.S. Trade Restrictions

CR7US.COM and its associated fulfillment, logistics and service providers will not knowingly ship merchandise to destinations, organizations or individuals prohibited or restricted under applicable U.S. trade sanctions, embargoes or other laws.

Policy Changes

Shipping services, rates, available destinations and this Shipping Policy are subject to change. The Shipping Policy in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
