CR7US offers customer's the option to purchase protection for your deliveries via Route Inc., at checkout. Route Inc. is a 3rd party elective insurance service and all terms, conditions, claims and resolutions are managed by the team at Route Inc.

CR7US is unable to directly resolve situations in which deliveries have been lost by carrier or stolen following a carrier confirmed delivery.

Please see Route Inc. terms of coverage located on their website. Route protection offers consumers shipment insurance but as with any insurance, terms of coverage are conditional.

Packages presumed to be lost
Invalid address or delivery barriers
