Return Policy & Process:

Holiday Return Policy
For items purchased November 27th – December 22nd, 2024, return policy is extended to January 6th, 2025. To qualify for return or exchange, products must be new, un-used, unwashed with original like new packaging and all tags. Fragrance and clearance items are non-returnable | non-refundable. See below for additional terms and conditions. 

Returns:

If there is a sizing discrepancy and/or you are not 100% satisfied with your CR7 product, submit return notification email within 14 calendar days of delivery. CR7 may extend our 14-day return window during certain holiday or seasonal periods, any extension will be listed here.

Excluding fragrance, clearance and final sale purchases only items in their original packaging, original tags, un-used and un-washed, will be accepted. Please see our returns policy below and exception pages for more information.

Returns are not accepted for purchases marked as: final sale, clearance, overstock (or fragrance) as stated on sales pages at time of purchase, and packing slip. BOGO Buy 1 Get 1 purchases and purchases offering free item, must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns are not accepted. Bundles/BOGOs containing CR7 fragrance colognes, sprays and gift-sets are ineligible for return. See RETURN EXCLUSIONS to ensure your item will qualify for a return. 

For qualifying return requests, a return label will be issued by CR7 at time of request. *Repeat return requests, 2 or more orders, in a 30-60 day period or other as determined by CR7US, may be ineligible for free return label. Customer is responsible to return new, un-used product, with like new tags and packaging within the allotted window, at their expense. 

A return processing fee will be deducted from final refund. Shipping charges paid at time of initial order are non-refundable. If original purchase was less than processing fees, return request will be declined.

STEP 1
1.) Send email to: Hello@CR7US.COM
2.) Email header must state: CR7 RETURN REQUEST with your ORDER#
3.) Include reason for return in email

Return requests submitted within 14 days of delivery will be responded to by CR7US’ customer service team, within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

STEP 2
1.) CR7US will issue a return label for qualifying returns. *Repeat return requests, 2 or more orders, in a 30-60 day period or other as determined by CR7US, may be ineligible for free return label. Customer is responsible to return new, un-used product, with like new tags and packaging within the allotted window, at their expense. 

2.) Returned goods must be received by shipping carrier & tracking captured no later than 14 calendar days following return-label issuance. If customer tenders return to carrier after return period has expired, see DECLINED RETURNS terms, below.

STEP 3
1.) Upon receipt, CR7US will inspect returned item(s) within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
2.) Qualifying returns will be issued refund within 24 business hours following inspection. Refund will include purchase price and related taxes (less return processing fee and original shipping fee). Refund will be credited to customer’s original form of payment used at time of purchase. Refunds generally take 24-48 business hours domestic, 10-12 days international, to appear. Customers should inquire with their financial institution if credit has not appeared within expected timeframe.
3.) Non-qualifying returns will be documented and customer notified accordingly. See DECLINED RETURNS and RETURN EXCLUSIONS.
